How to repair the machine?
After buying our machine, we will arrange a customer specialist to handle your after-sales issues, while the customer manager will be responsible for order delivery, logistics tracking, inspection, post-sale maintenance, future purchases, and related matters. For non-human devices, the warranty period for the motherboard, screen, gun, and power supply is one year, while the warranty period for other easily damaged components is three months. If the components are sent back to the factory for repair, the manufacturer will cover the shipping cost within one month, half of the cost within 1-3 months, and the shipping cost will be paid by the buyer after 3 months.
